"After months of struggling to find the right groomer for our high maintenance and fuzzy beautiful Persian cat, I’m happy to share that we have found the perfect place. Igor and the whole team were so welcoming and informed us that Freddie was so well behaved! Something that the rest of the groomers would always struggle telling us that he was too difficult and charging us more for it…The Pet Spa managed to not only bath him but also shave him as he was so matted. Thank you so much we are going to come back regularly !!!"

"I’ve been bringing my dog here since I first got him, and I’ve always been extremely happy with the service but today I’m especially grateful. He had been wearing a cone for the past two weeks and ended up with a lot of matting in his ears. I thought shaving him would be the only solution. However, with so much patience, care, and love, they were able to save his fur instead. I’m beyond thankful for the amazing job they did. I highly recommend them! They truly are the best and genuinely care about what they do. "

"This was Rosie’s third time at the pet spa in Balham and she comes out looking better each time. They really do a nice poodle mix, the lady that works there has a cockapoo so clearly knows what looks best/works for these breeds. The best thing is that the fur grows out looking really nice without very little maintenance between the grooms. Gorgeous all around. They give a little neck scarf, which is cute but only use it for the groom. Perhaps you should consider little bows on collar instead. Really lovely grooming place. Will definitely keep going back"
