Same-day appointments may be available. Please call us or WhatsApp to check availability, as same-day bookings cannot be made online.

Please ensure vaccinations are up to date and let us know about any skin conditions or sensitivities. We also advise avoiding feeding your pet within 3 hours of the appointment and ensuring they have had a toilet break beforehand.

Shampoo, conditioner, blow dry, brush, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and a full haircut to breed standard or your preferred style, finished with a cologne spritz. Duration: 2–3 hours.

Wash & Fluffy is a bath, blow dry, brush, nail clipping and ear cleaning. Wash & Tidy adds trimming around the eyes, feet and sanitary area for a neater look between full grooms.

Most grooming appointments take between 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on your pet's size, coat condition, and the service required. We will let you know when your pet is ready for collection.

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a no-show fee of £30.

We cannot accept dogs with fleas. Please ensure your dog has been treated before the appointment. If fleas are discovered during grooming, we may need to stop the service.

Yes, hand stripping is available for small and medium wire-haired breeds. As this is a specialised technique, it is only offered on certain days and performed by selected groomers.

Puppies can usually visit from around 3 months of age, once their vaccination course is complete. Early grooming helps puppies get comfortable with the process and builds positive habits for future visits.

We recommend bringing your dog every 6 to 8 weeks for a full groom. Between grooms, you can book a Wash & Fluffy or Wash & Tidy appointment to help maintain the coat and prevent knots or matting.

Dematting is not included in the grooming price. Dematting service starts from £40, depending on the condition of the coat. In severe cases, shaving may be the safest option to remove the matting.

Absolutely! Cat grooming is a first-class service at The Pet Spa. We offer kitten washes, cat wash & tidy, lion cuts and teddy bear cuts with experienced, calm handlers.

Listed prices are guide prices. Final cost may vary based on breed, coat condition, behaviour and grooming complexity. Double-coated breeds are assessed individually.

Our Clapham home accommodates up to 4 dogs at a time. Dogs roam freely through the house and patio — no crates. You'll receive WhatsApp updates throughout the stay.

Currently X-Small (£39/night) and Small breeds (£49/night) only. We are not boarding medium or large breeds at this time.

For safety and liability reasons, clients are not allowed in the grooming area. You are welcome to wait in our reception area or return home. We will keep you updated and let you know when your pet is ready for collection.

We use Hydra Professional Grooming Products, one of the leading brands for luxury grooming. Their shampoos are hypoallergenic, and we also offer deep conditioning treatments that leave the coat healthy, soft, and smelling amazing.
