How to Use Our Online Booking System:

  • Pick the best date for you and your pet.
  • Choose the correct Groomer, “Dog Groomer” for dogs, “Cat Groomer” for cats.
  • Select the service you need. To add any extras click on +Add Another Service.”
  • Click “Show Available Times” to view available slots.
  • Choose a time that suits you.
  • Fill in your contact and pet info.
  • Click on “Submit Request”. You should then see a confirmation screen.

Your pet will be booked directly into our agenda. If your plans change and you can no longer make it, please let us know as soon as possible.

The Pet Spa London Booking Terms and Conditions

Risk of Injury
Grooming, especially in cases of matted dogs, involves inherent risks that may result in injuries such as cuts, nicks, scratches, or skin irritations. While we take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety, these risks cannot be completely eliminated.

Matted Dogs
Matting of a dog’s fur significantly increases the risk of injury during grooming. Our groomers will make every effort to minimize discomfort and potential harm, but we cannot guarantee the avoidance of injury or adverse reactions when grooming matted dogs.

Owner Responsibility
As the pet owner or authorized representative, you are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing health conditions, sensitivities, or behavioral concerns before grooming. Please inform our staff of any medical issues or sensitivities that may affect the grooming process.

Consent and Indemnification
By booking or authorizing the grooming service, you consent to and accept full responsibility for any potential risks. You release The Pet Spa London Ltd, its employees, and representatives from any liability arising from injuries, damages, or adverse reactions incurred during or after the grooming process.

Professional Judgment
Our groomers use their professional judgment to determine the appropriate grooming techniques for your pet. This may include shaving or trimming matted areas close to the skin to prevent discomfort or injury, always acting in the best interest of your pet’s health and well-being.

Veterinary Care
In the event of an accident or injury during grooming, we will make reasonable efforts to provide immediate first aid. If necessary, we may recommend seeking veterinary care, with any associated costs being the responsibility of the pet owner.

Limited Liability
The Pet Spa London Ltd shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the grooming services provided, including but not limited to injuries, illness, or loss of property.

Booking and Scheduling
By booking online, you reserve a spot in our grooming schedule. Please ensure your availability for the selected date and time.

Grooming Time
The grooming duration varies based on the complexity, breed, and coat condition, typically taking 2 to 3 hours. Large dogs may require more time. We will notify you by phone or text when your pet is ready.

Cancellations
No fees apply if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Please contact us by phone or email to cancel.

Late Arrivals
If you’re running late, inform us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate, but significant delays may require rescheduling.

No-Shows
If you miss an appointment without notice, we may impose booking restrictions or require prepayment for future appointments.

Rescheduling
To reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment, and we will find an alternative time.

Aggressive Pets
We do not accept dogs or cats with a history of aggression, as we are a muzzle-free shop.

Health Issues
Please inform us of any health issues or conditions that may require special care.

Pet Preparation
Ensure your pet has been to the toilet before the appointment. We recommend a walk beforehand.

Vaccinations
Your pet should be up-to-date on all recommended vaccinations.

Additional Charges
Extra charges may apply for certain conditions, such as matting.

Pickup
Please collect your pet within 1 hour of notification. A Creche fee will apply if pickup is delayed.

Satisfaction
If you’re not fully satisfied with the groom, contact us within 24 hours so we can address any concerns.
