Cat Grooming

* We reserve the right to decline grooming services for a cat that appears distressed or exhibits aggressive behavior. Our grooming process does not involve sedation, relying instead on the cat’s behavior for a safe and comfortable experience. Our team is extensively trained to handle cats with care and expertise, and we are committed to making every effort to complete the grooming service in a manner that ensures the well-being and comfort of your feline companion.

* In every service, nail clipping and ear cleaning are included.

* De-matting is not included in the grooming price, +£ 20 for 30min / + £40 for 1 hour of coat de-matting.

* There is always the possibility of an accident could occur. Grooming equipment is sharp, even though we use extreme caution and care in all situations. Possible problems that could occur include cuts, nicks, scratches and quickening of the nails.
